Stan Lee 100th Birthday

On December 28th 2022, Stan Lee – famous for his work at the infamous Marvel Comics, creating some of the most successful intellectual properties of our times, such as: Spider-Man, Hulk, Iron Man, Thor, Captain America… – would have had his 100th Birthday. His death in 2018 was a very sad moment and I wanted to honor him with an Artwork – which sadly I couldn’t do due to more important obligations. I only had time for a quick Sketch (see below).

I realized his 100th Birthday was not too far away so I immediately scheduled some time 4 years into the future just so I can take 1 or 2 days to honor him and his work properly. A month after his Death Sony released a movie that would have a big impact on my work since then – Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse! Since we are now only half a year away from the sequel I decided to make something inspired by the Movie’s Iconic Art Style!
